The Organisation is responsible as “data controller” for all the data processed in terms of the legislation. Such data may relate to my business – either UW members/visitors (both virtual and physical) as well as clients for other services or suppliers of services. I process data in the provision of my services. All data are held securely.
I may share data with third parties as part of my contracted services and/or if I am required to do so by UK law. However, I cannot accept liability for any processing conducted by any third party outside my remit.
In accordance with legislation, I have completed a cookie audit on my website. My site uses these internet files for security, to monitor and improve my website. The site connects to Facebook who may then put cookies onto your system for advertising purposes. I cannot accept any responsibility for any processing by this site.
I store and/or utilise data whilst it remains relevant to the services I provide and/or my own administration. All deletion is by secure means.
